Let me share one thing with you, i never knew this before or understood it.
=========================================================
The Qur'an was grouped in the time of the prophet sallallahu alayhe wa sallam to seven groups and they are as follow:

The first group: surah Fatiha, al-Baqara, Aal 'Imraan and An-Nisa
The second group: from Surah al-maaedah to surah at-tawbah
The third group: from surah Yunus to Surah an-Nahl
The forth group: from sura al-Israa to surah al-Furqaan
The fifth group: from surah as-Shu'araa to surah Yaseen
The sixth group: from surah as-Saaffaat to surah al-Hujurat
The seveth grouop: from surah al-Qaaf to the end of the Qur'an, and it is called: The group of Muffaassil

and some of them gathered them in his saying, فَمِي بِشَوْقٍ - - Famee BiShaQen [it is the first letter of first surah of each group]

and after that The Qur'an was divided into thirty parts, and Every part was divided into two parts, so the Qur'an became divided into sixty groups.

============================================================

Insha-Allah this is enough for now. Excuse my mistakes in translation. Insha-Allah buy the book and benefit.

Question: What is the ruling regarding undergoing plastic surgery?

Question: What is the ruling regarding undergoing plastic surgery?
Response: Plastic surgery as applied in (the field of) medicine is divided into two categories:

One of them (is that which) is beautifying (oneself) by removing a defect which a person incurs as a result of an accident or other than that, wherein there is no (legal) harm (prohibition) in (doing so) because the Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) permitted a man whose nose was cut off during battle (to replace his nose, but) not to take on a (replacement) nose (made) from gold. (Refer to the hadeeth of 'Urfujah bin As'ad (radhi-yAllaahu 'anhu) in the Sunan of Abu Daawood, at-Tirmidhee and an-Nasaa.ee)

''Being Arrogant to those Who are Arrogant''

''Being Arrogant to those Who are Arrogant''

Question: I noticed that when someone passed by one of my friends and greeted him, my friend not only did not reply but also gave him a rather haughty look. When I asked him why he did that, he told me that the other person was arrogant and that the Prophet (sallAllaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said, "Arrogance to someone who is arrogant is charity." Is this Hadeeth authentic? And is what my friend did correct?

Answer: When one is arrogant with one of the servants of Allaah, he is perpetrating one of the major sins, and no one is permitted to be arrogant with another, even if another person is himself arrogant. One cannot cure another person's arrogance by being the same with him; rather, one may help him by advising him sincerely and warning him about Allaah's punishment, by saying, for example, "Fear Allaah, for verily arrogance is one of the major sins." The Hadeeth mentioned by the questioner is false — it has no basis and is not authentically related from the Prophet (sallAllaahu `alayhi wa sallam).

Forgetting the Qur’aan After Having Memorized It

Forgetting the Qur’aan After Having Memorized It
Question:

Does a person sin when he memorizes the Qur’aan and later on he forgets it, being busy with life’s affairs?
Answer:

The correct view is that there is no sin in that. Nevertheless, a Muslim should maintain what he memorized, and guard over it, so that he does not forget it. The Prophet sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said,
Secure (your memorization of) the Qur’aan, for it escapes more easily than a camel does from its fetter.” (Al-Bukhari no.5033 and Muslim no.791)
The most important responsibility regarding the Qur’aan is that one should contemplate its meanings and apply its precepts.
The Qur’aan is a proof for the person who applies it, a proof against the person who neglects it. The Prophet sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said,
The Qur’aan is either a proof for you or a proof against you.” (Muslim no.223)
Recorded by Muslim in his Sahih from the long Hadith of Al-Harith Al-Ash’ari.

The Camel Given In Charity

The Camel Given In Charity
(rahimahullaah) on his website Understanding-islam.com You can listen to the audio The Camel Given In Charity

The Shaykh began:

"Do you want hear this real story which took place here about a hundred years ago. (In Saudi) Tayib. This is real! This is real!"

He continued:  "Bismilaahi Rahmaani Raheem. This story took place here about hundred years ago and it was also broadcasted on the radio stations. It is about a man call Ibn Jad'aan. He (Ibn Jad'aan) said how during Spring times he used to go out. He would see good and healthy fat camels and their udders filled to the extent of almost exploding. Whenever the little offspring (i.e. the calf) came close to the mother camel, her milk would pour forth because of the great abundance of blessings and abundance of goodness.

So I (Ibn Jad'aan) looked at one of my she camels with her calf and I remembered my poor neighbour who had seven young daughters. So I said to myself, by Allah I will give this camel and her calf as Sadaqah (charity) to my neighbour - and he recited the Ayah where Allah said in (Surah Al-imraan: 92):

"By no means Shall you Attain piety righteousness unless you spend in Allah's cause of which that you love"

And the most beloved from amongst my cattle, to me, is this she-camel. So I took her along with her calf and knocked on the door of my neighbour. I told him to accept it as a gift from me. I saw his face glooming with happiness and he was unable to utter anything in response.

So he benefitted from its milk and used to load wood on its back, awaiting for its offspring to grow up in order to sell them. Subsequently, he gained great good from this camel.

After the spring had passed, the dry summer came with its drought, and so the Bedouins began looking for water and grass.. We gathered our belongings and left our places looking for water and the duhool (plural of duhul) or 'holes' in the earth, situated underground leading to water traps underneath the ground. Their openings are on top of the ground, as the Bedouins know of very well.

I (i.e. Ibn Jad'aan) entered into one of these holes so as to bring some water to drink...

Dr Saleh continued: "and his (Ibn Jad'aan's) three sons were waiting for him outside the hole. However he did not return. His three sons waited for him for one, two and three days and finally became hopeless.

They said maybe he was stung by a snake and died or he was lost under the earth and destroyed. They (and we seek refuge in Allah from this) waited for his destruction. Why? Due to greed in order to distribute his inheritance.

So they returned home and divided what he had left, amongst themselves. Then they remembered that their father (Ibn Jad'aan) gave a she-camel to their poor neighbour. They went to their neighbour and told him that it is better that he give them back the she-camel and take another camel in replace of it, otherwise they will take it by force and he will be left with nothing.

The neighbour complained that he would report them to their father. So they informed him that he had died. He inquired as to how and where Ibn Jad'aan had died, and why they hadn't told him. They then explained how he entered into one of these holes underground in the desert and did not come out.

The neighbour said: " By Allah take me to this place and take your she-camel and do whatever you do with it and I don't want your camel in return!"

They took him and when he saw the place, he went and brought a rope, lit a candle, tied it outside the duhul (the hole) and then stepped into it crawling on his back until he reached the places whereby he could crawl and roll. Eventually the smell of moisture became closer and then all of sudden he heard the sound of a man by the water groaning and moaning.

He went closer and closer towards this sound in the darkness putting his hand out all over until his hand fell onto the man (Ibn Jad'aan). He checked his breath and he was still breathing after one week! He pulled him out covering his eyes so as to protect him from the sunlight. He took with him some dates, moistened them in water and gave it to him to drink.

He then carried him on his back and took him to his house and life gradually return to this man whilst his sons didn't know. He then asked him: "Tell me, by Allah, one week while you were underground and you didn't die?!"

"I will tell you something strange..." Ibn Jidaan explained: "...when I went down there I got lost and waves took me from all directions and I said to myself I'd better stay close to this water that I have reached. So I started to drink from it, but hunger had no mercy and water does not suffice. Then after three days hunger intensified on me and took me from all parts. While I was lying on my back I surrendered myself to Allah and put all my affairs in his hands and all of the sudden I felt the warmth of milk pouring onto my mouth. So I sat in the midst of the darkness and I saw a pot coming closer to my mouth. I drank from it until I took from what is sufficient and then it would go! This occurred three times in the day but the last two days it stopped and I didn't know what happened."

His neighbour then informed him:

"If you know the reason you will be amazed! Your sons thought you had died and they came to me and took away the she-camel which Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta'Aala) was giving you from its milk!"

The Muslim is in the shade of his Sadaqah (Charity). Allah stated in (Surah At-Talaaq: 2,3): "...and whoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to him, he will make a way for him to get out (from every difficult)" and "...and he will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And who ever puts his trust in Allah, then he will suffice him".
The True meaning of Life is to plant trees under whose shade you do not expect to sit.

The True Meaning of 'Laa ilaaha illallaah'

The True Meaning of 'Laa ilaaha illallaah'

AUTHOR: Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan
SOURCE: Laa ilaaha illa-Allaah: Its Meaning, Requirements and Effects upon the Individual and Society.
PRODUCE BY: Message of Islaam
It is a declaration [1](kalimah) that the Muslims proclaim in their daily lives; in their call to prayer (adhaan), their call to establishing the prayer (iqaamah), their sermons and their speeches. It is:

"A declaration upon which the heavens and the earth are established, and for which the whole of creation was created, and for which Allaah sent Messengers, revealed Books, and prescribed Divine Laws. Because of it the scales and the registers were set up, as were Paradise and HellFire. Due to it, the creation was divided into Believers and unbelievers, righteous and wicked. It is the root cause for there being creation, command, rewards and punishments. It is the right for which the creation was created and about it and its rights will they be questioned and brought to account. Because of it there is punishment and reward, due to it the direction of prayer ( qiblah) was set up, upon it rests the very foundation of the religion, and it is the right of Allaah over His slaves. The declaration of Islaam and the key to Paradise. About it, both the earlier and later people will be questioned. Indeed, no person will stand before Allaah without being asked two questions: What did you worship? And how did you respond to the Messengers? The reply to the first is by realisation of laa ilaaha illallaah; knowing it, affirming it, and acting by it. The reply to the second is by realisation that Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wasallam, is the Messenger of Allaah; knowing it, complying with it and being obedient to it."
[2]

Since understanding the meaning of a statement depends upon knowing its grammatical analysis, the scholars, may Allaah have mercy upon them, have paid great attention to the grammatical analysis of laa ilaaha illallaah. So they say:

The word: laa [which means 'No'] is known as a particle of absolute negation. The word: ilaah is its corresponding noun, which is inflected and which carries with it an implication of an omitted syntactical term ( taqdeer). In this case, the taqdeer is designated as being the term: haqq(right); meaning that none has the right (or deserves) to be an ilaah. The phrase illallaah (except Allaah) is an exception to the previous negation and is in the nominative case.

The meaning of ilaah is: That which is defied with worship. It is that which the hearts love, adore and deify; hoping in it for the attainment of benefit or for the protection against harm. [3]

It is an error to think that the ellipsis ( taqdeer) is the word existence (mawjood) or object of worship (ma?bood), because [the declaration of faith would then mean: No deity exists except Allaah, or: No deity is worshipped except Allaah]; whereas there are many things in existence that are worshipped besides Allaah, such as idols, tombs and other things. However, the only one that has the right to be worshipped is Allaah and whatever else is worshipped besides Him is futile, the worship of which is false.

Footnotes:
[1] Shahaadah - The Declaration of Faith (i.e. Ash-hadu an laa ilaaha illa-Allaah wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasoolallaah).
[2] Zaad-ul-Ma'aad (1/34) of Shaykh-ul-Islaam Ibn-ul-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah.
[3] Thus the meaning of the declaration of faith is: That none has the right to be [deified and] worshipped, except Allaah.

Do not hit your wife like you

On the authority of 'Abdullaah ibn Zam'ah radi allahu anhu that he heard the Prophet sallallahu alayhe wa sallam speak and mention the she-camel an the one who killed it. The Messenger of Allah said, "When the Most evil of them was sent forth" [91:12]

"A Strong enormous man who was  secure in his tribe was sent forth to her." Then he turned to the women and warned the men about them by saying, "Do not hit your wife like you would hit a servant girl because maybe you will sleep with her at the end of the night." [Sahih Bukhari and Muslim]

The Monthly Cycle that Consists of more Days than Usual

The Monthly Cycle that Consists of more Days than Usual

When the woman’s monthly cycle is usually eight or seven days then all of a sudden one cycle is one day, or two days, or even more days than usual, what is the ruling?

Answer: If the woman’s monthly cycle is usually six or seven days then it is prolonged to eight, nine, ten, or eleven days then she continues not to pray until she is purified (from her menses). That is because the Prophet (may the peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) did not define menstruation with a certain time frame. Allah the Most High says:
{And they ask you about the menses, say: It is harmful.}

So when this presence of blood remains the woman stays in this condition until she is purified and she bathes then she prays. If it is less days the following month then she bathes when purified even if it is not like her previous menses. The important thing is that when the woman is menstruating then she does not pray whether the menses corresponds to the amount of days as her last cycle or if it is more or less…then when she is purified she prays.
