husband complained about wife to the PRophet sallallahu alayhe wasallam: this is really a great narration shaykhah umm salamah shared in her lecture with us in our last event.
one of the sahabah was praying and he lost his wudhu during the salah, so his wife said to him, there is no salah for one who lost wudhu until he makes the wudhu again and repeats the salah. the sahabah was bothered by the advice of the wife, so he went to the Prophet sallallahu alayhe wasallam and complained saying that his wife bothers him. so the wife mentioned what she did and the Prophet sallallahu alayhe wa sallam told him, she didn't tell you except that which is good.
shaykhah umm salamah shared this story on the section about: how a woman if she has knowledge, she can benefit her husband! And you can see how a husband can benefit from his wife if he doesn't know and how ISlam encourages it. Blessings of Allah, celebrate Islam's blessings. HONEST!
Did you read this book: Bread Giver, it tells you how the jews women cannot read anything of their religion, they don't worship their gods etc, only the men/husbands do it and so if she is good to her husband, she will enter paradise otherwise, NOOOO. therefore, the jews rabies stay in the house, studies their deen, eats the best food, gets the best of everything while his wife and daughters work and feed him to enter paradise. if only he had sons, then he would have companies in his religious studies otherwise he is on his own.
shocked! these women are 100% oppressed in the matters of the deen and the duniyah. Muslim WOmen celebrate the blessings of ISlam. Alhamdulillah.
