Update: the houthi War Criminals deny Officials access to Dammaj again

Update: the houthi War Criminals deny Officials access to Dammaj again

The houthi program is the same today as every other day(constant sniping at anyone they see, machine gun fire, anti-aircraft artillery firing and occasional explosions from heavy artillery). Yesterday the General People’s Committee came to bring food and supplies for the 15000 or more inhabitants of Dammaaj. The houthis denied entry of natural gas (for cooking) and medical supplies much needed especially for those who are in critical condition who are in dire need of oxygen. They only allowed some food and it was said they took the rest of the convoy as they had done before in the first siege. They also forbidden the ICRC to remove the injured (one of them being Abu Talhaa who the students are still pumping air into his lungs for the fifth day now).

So far there are 155 murdered students: 18 of them children, 3women, and 4 of old age, There are 405 injured: 46 of them children, and 4 women. Seven Mosques have been subjected to shelling and constant machine gun fire in which for the most part the daily prayers have been discontinued in them because of the danger and damage. There are more than 300 houses of the students damaged either entirely or partially.

The Statement of Sheikh Yahyaa: The Correct Way for a Reconciliation between the People of the Sunnah and the houthis

In the name of Allaah The Most Merciful, The Especially Merciful

All praise is due to Allah, and I bear witness that there is no deity that has the right to be worshipped in Truth but Allaah, alone without any partner, and that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger, may peace be and salutations be upon him.

As to Proceed:

For indeed the houthis have transgressed against us again and again, a transgression the likes of which has little comparison in the pre-Islamic era and after the coming of Al-Islaam.  Their transgressions consist of a severe siege, looting, murder of students of knowledge and others, young and old, men, women, and children, and the demolishment of homes, Mosques, and other than this from criminality and enmity, which would not be approved by any person.

Therefore, this obligated us to call the believers to our aid and to restrain this destructive transgression –after Allaah- from us. Thus there came forward those whom Allaah assisted in this significant matter and many of them are students of this Center (who are) in many of the battle fronts and areas; by which it is hoped for them from Allaah ‘Azza wa Jal that due to them coming forward in order to aid the oppressed they earn a great reward and recompose (if Allah wills).

As a result, their affair and our affair is one, and the transgression of the houthis is upon us all, so it is incumbent that the reconciliation of this affair is one and occurs at one time and that the treaty is also one and is a reconciliation which reaches the root of the matter between the people of the Sunnah and the houthis by which there does not remain the slightest reason for combat between the people of the Sunnah and the houthis in any checkpoint or location or otherwise.

With a clarification, that there is no harm in placing an Oversight Committee in Dammaaj for a cease-fire in order for the implementation of a treaty in the manner which was mentioned to begin, and Allaah is He who grants success.

Saving Abu Talhaa: True Humanitarians help a True Humanitarian

Allah the Most High said:

“And if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind.” {5-Maaidah:032}

The brother’s name is Abu Talhaa abdur Rahman Baa’Alawi, husband and father of three. He was trying to make it to his home underneath the watch of a houthi sniper to get some honey for his sick infant daughter. Not knowing the sniper either moved his position or they added another sniper. He was shot in the back of the head and the bullet came out his left cheek. The students in the area had a hard time getting his body because he was laying in firing range of the sniper. One brother (another true humanitarian) could not see abdur Rahman be left like this so he supplicated and rushed forward to retrieve abdur Rahman and was able to drag him back to safety.

The injury caused abdur Rahman’s brain to loose communication with his body and to be in a comma like state where he cannot breathe on his own. For the last four days a group of students, including some from his family, have been taking shifts 24 hours a day to pump air manually into his lungs, without this his heart would fail. There is no automatic machine here to do the work and the local hospital has been damaged by shelling from the houthis. The heart monitor machine indicates he still has life. Sheikh Muhammad Hizaam said we should continue as long he has a sign of life.

As we speak the ICRC are trying to get through the houthis to get abdur Rahamn and another brother with a head injury from the houthi snipers (his injury is less critical but still serious). We ask Allah the Healer and the One Who causes life and death to make Abu Talhaa and the other brother successful (either heal them or make them from the Shuhadaa).
