A: This is not permissible, for music in itself is Haram (prohibited) and making supplications accompanied bymusic is mockery and mixing `Ibadah (worship) with amusement. (Part No. 26; Page No. 228) If the supplications are tinged with Bid`ah (innovation in religion), this is even worse, for it combines amusement and Ibtida` (heresy).
